Who We Are
Schmidt & Sons, Inc. is a family owned business that has continued on through three generations of Schmidt’s. In 1966 John Schmidt, joined by his two sons, John and Leroy, received the Allis-Chalmers contract and began offering quality service and parts to the community. The dealership was located in the country just 6 miles west of Andale, Kansas.
In July 2007, Schmidt & Sons acquired another dealership in Winfield, Kansas, about 90 miles southeast of their main store. The Winfield location is a full service dealership as well, selling and servicing the same makes as they’ve been doing for years at the Mt. Hope Store. Which ever location you choose to go to, be assured that they will be dedicated to giving you the best service possible.
There have been many changes in farming over the years but one thing has not changed. Schmidt & Sons still strives to provide you with the best possible equipment, parts and service.
In addition to Massey Ferguson & Challenger tractors and Gleaner combines, Schmidt & Sons also carries Kubota equipment, Hesston, Fendt, Challenger, White Planters, Sunflower Tillage, Great Plains, Land Pride, Versatile, CrustBuster, Farm King, and Outback Guidance Systems
